Should you need to return an item, please e-mail or phone us within 14 days of your receipt of the item. You must contact us first before returning the item to us. We ask that you return the item to us in its original condition. After we receive the returned merchandise and confirm its condition, we will reverse the charge to your credit card account or, if the purchase was made by check or money order, we will issue you a refund check. Refunds will be for the amount of the merchandise only, minus a 15% restocking fee. Unless you received the item in damage or defective condition, shipping costs are not refundable.
In the unlikely event that you received an item in damaged or defective condition, please notify us within seven (7) days and two (2) days for large items shipped by freight companies so that we may notify the shipper. Please keep all the packaging and the product, as the shipper may want to examine the nature of the damage. If we are not notified within this timeframe or the packaging is not kept, you may not be entitled to a refund.
Furniture Order Modifications & Cancellations
Furniture orders can be modified or canceled within 48 hours of when they are placed. Please notify us of any modifications (wood type and/or color finish) you want to make to your order as soon as you are able, within 48 hours. Forty-eight hours after an order has been placed, all furniture sales are considered final and production will begin. Our furniture return policy for damaged or defective pieces applies after that time.
